Services
Three Services, Each at Its Own Pace
A short battery refresh, a thorough movement overhaul, or a multi-stage collector's restoration. We explain the differences and help you decide what fits your watch.
Back to HomeOur Approach
How We Begin Every Service
Before any work starts, the watch is examined. We look at the condition of the case, the state of the crystal, how the crown and pushers move, and — where visible — the movement through the caseback. We note what we find and explain it to you in plain language.
If the service you've asked about is what the watch needs, we'll confirm it and proceed with your agreement. If we find something that changes the picture, we'll contact you before doing anything. No work begins without your informed go-ahead.

Across All Services
Standards We Apply Throughout
Secure Storage
Watches in our care are kept in a locked, monitored cabinet in the studio at all times.
Calibre-Matched Lubricants
We select lubricants appropriate to each movement type — not a one-oil-fits-all approach.
Service Documentation
Every service produces a written record. Both you and we retain a copy.
No Third-Party Handling
We don't subcontract watch servicing. Your piece stays in our studio from handover to collection.
Scope Changes Discussed
If something unexpected arises during a service, we contact you before proceeding.
Accuracy Verification
Movement overhauls include a post-regulation accuracy check. Result noted in the service record.
